How my 2013 year-end holidays have been

I wanted to make a short update so here I am! If you are wondering how my current holidays have been (although I assume nobody actually cares other than me), it's been pretty great! I did have a few family/friend - bonding time. Went out a couple of times with various people and to tell you the truth, I really enjoyed each of their accompany. Thank you KT, Godmom's family, bro, IC buddies and of course...how can I forget.. my parents! So here are some events that took place recently for me.

Went to purchase stationary items from Popular with KT! (Side note: a school supplies haul post coming up soon). It was a rather short day for us as time flew passed really fast. I did manage to get what I want without exceeding my budget...an achievement for me! Could keep the rest of the savings for future necessities like school books and stuffs. We literally went mad with our loooong conversation while eating lunch, took quite a while to finish my meal due to talking with that bestie non-stop. Laughed a lot, joked a lot. Thanks KT for making my day! You rock it lady! :-D

Muahaha we did not take pictures because I believe we will be seeing each other again soon, won't we? I'm so waiting for the movie date.

God-family brought both my brother and me to Adventure Cove, which we had a whole lotta fun, playing in the water park. We basically spent half of the day there enjoying waves, going down slides, snorkeling and floating on the artificial 'river/stream'. What a day! My favorite part would be me balancing on the rope and diving into the pool, that particular station would be one of the most memorable part for me. I do not have all the pictures with me right now, so I guess I shall only post only one.

You can call it the 'second day' for me to have fun. But this time...its with the IC buddies! These two years had been so awesome with those ladies! Its sad to know that we are parting our own ways soon...but its alright, just like what they say: that's life. We can still communicate in the future.

Okay, so on that day, we all decided to have a IC buddies gathering at East Coast Park, which went well as planned. We played a game called "Running man" according to a Korean reality show (I don't watch it though) and it was crazily awesome. My shoe got stepped on mud yikes! It was an accident by the careless me, yeah NOT funny. Aside from playing the game, we did cycle, take photos and hangout at Mac's. An exhausting but exciting day indeed.

Just another simple day. Dropped by the National Library to borrow some books to read during my free times. Bro and godsister NC accompanied me as they themselves wanted to do the same thing as me. You guessed it... my holiday revolves picking up good books to read. Personally, I feel that it not only helps me kill boredom, but to gain more knowledge from each unique author's writing style and word forms...life morals too. As the saying goes: "Knowledge is power". Speaking of books, a few days ago, I went to Popular again to pick up a book I have been eyeing for quite a while. Its called "Divergent", written by the author Veronica Roth. I have heard so much about that particular book through reviews and recommendations. I have yet to start reading on it and is super excited to. Would love to make a review on it as well once I've done reading the full series... that will wait though.
