You can be creative too!

Side note: This is a Creative 101 session from a "crazily random girl".

Ever had those moments when you felt exceptionally limited? Difficulty forming relevant concepts in your head.

Running out of ideas for a variety of reasons?

Or simply, too tired and lazy for life in general?

Hopefully, this mini habits will help you revive, anticipate and relive your aha moments. Don't forget to "keep on thinking" right? (hey there Life Noggin). Also, you may get your creative juices running again! You are disposing dead brain cells each day, so why not take the chance to feed new information constantly. Sure, you may forget 3/4 of the things you learn in a day. But accumulate that 1/4 of knowledge for a week. You get a wholesome of general goodness!

1) Looking around when commuting.

Bus, train or even on the car... do scrutinize on details inside out. It can be observing the people on board, how new/old the vehicle is, landscape, alignment of buildings, structure, shapes, patterns and even lights. There is always something to look beyond to. Something that will make you ever-so-curious. Consider asking yourself questions like "why does this particular thing happens to be like this?" or "what can I do to find out more about something?".

2) One topic links to another.
Try linking several terms in Geography with Biology, Design with Maths and Language with Arts etc. Everything plays a part in this moving world. Information may be stored in multiple textbooks, trusted websites and videos.

These are just a few Examples.

Geography x Biology

Some people may argue that ecosystem is not really part of Biology. But check out the definition of the subject, and you get this:

"Biology is a natural science concerned with the study of life and living organisms, including their structure, function, growth, evolution, distribution, identification and taxonomy (classification). "

So technically, because ecosystem speaks about a community and physical environment, it serves as an extension to Biology. Ecology from an ecosystem can be defined as a way of interacting with the environment from living organisms. It is also about energy transformation and the cycling of substances.

Design x Maths

In Secondary (high) school, we question ourselves on the value of drawing graphs. We can solve it quickly using algebra and specific formulas, but why the hassle? And why come up with problems that require a must to draw graphs? I created a double-barreled question for myself but all's well.

Drawing graphs not only show statistics, range and trends, but also help designers in their field of work.

One simple question: how do you get a really symmetric shape or logo? By using the graph to plot where you want your lines and curves to be. Exactly!

Another reason why measuring needs to be accurate:

In 1991, there was a computer miscalculation which led to a collapse of a 57 000 ton North Sea Oil platform, Sleipner. The aftermath: the fall triggered a 3.0 earthquake on the Ritcher scale. The failure was caused by a computer glitch in the Nastran software, which was used to calculate the design of the structure. A failed "geometry and inadequate" design, they say.

Language x Arts

Language is an art form and Art is a Language. Lets start off with Art first. It can be categorized into three main groups: Literary, Visual and Performing.

Many a time, language is associated to writing and reading. Hence, it can be grouped under the Literary Art Forms. They include poems, short stories and novels. Anyone can be expressive when speaking or writing.

Other times, it can be Visual, as a form of communication.  Like the poster below.

And you know what, this again correlates back to design (like what was mentioned earlier)!

You are welcome.

3)  Carry a dream-journal.
Not going to deny that tracking dreams can be interesting and funny. You might not fully remember a dream after you wake up. But you can slowly train your mind to be conscious. That is, by repeating and replaying the events in your head. Write them down in your journal afterwards.

I do not write my dream-journal on a daily basis. Days when I write are days when I feel a strong urge to figure out what is going on within, and around me. I gathered that sometimes, my emotions affect my dreams.

There are times when dreams get really incomprehensible. They are random to the extent that humor is on its toll. The most stimulating part is when I get to make my own self-interpretations. And have others guess them.

4) Keep logic on par.
Balancing your creativity with a logical mindset. They work like a machinery; the best of both worlds.

Reasoning logic and thinking critically are some tools that can help you build claims with evidences. Creativity can also support you in making decisions and solving problems.

Something I have learned in one of my modules is: the usage of ethos, pathos and logos. When combined together, they create a relatively persuasive work (can be an essay, poster etc.). Cheers to Aristotle.

Source: here
Some of the best convincing works out there have at least two or more modes of persuasion. In other words, they do not work in isolation.

And lastly...

5) Continue seeking more knowledge and wisdom.

Education is a powerful tool. Sounds familiar? Hahaha! "You know...I know... (Selena Gomez's "Kill them with kindness")" Okay that was honestly one of the most random add-on in a sentence, ever.

Back to sub-topic. Learning is a lifelong process. There are tons of stuffs out there we don't know. Languages unheard, cultures not practiced and terminologies/phrases not understood - semantic noises.

Sure, some schools might not give you the most "all-rounded" education. At the end of the day, you yourself hold great responsibility for your own well-being. So set your own timing and priorities. Get enthusiastic with touching a topic entirely new to you outside (if you're like me, easily tired of repeating the same routine each day). Try to 'peak it'.

If you ever question(ed) why some subjects are compulsory in school (like me once)... I have a valid answer for you!

These subject either (a) Test on your discipline, patience level to study or (b) Real life-based problem management skills or (c) Simply there because somebody else finds the beauty, and appreciates it like crazy. I mean, I am damn sure you too can be interested in something, no?

I shall end with just five of these unique (maybe not so...) suggestions. Hope yaw are having a whirl of fun my friends. See you!

The movie: Inside Out

"They said "stay nice, stay innocent" when you were younger.
But for how long?
If time was that definite, what is there to worry about?
About its limitations, and not making the best out of it?
I doubt so."

We are getting older each day. It might not be visible at this exact moment, but we are.

About a month ago, I watched Inside Out and enjoyed it. It holds great values about growing up and all. I don't need to further elaborate, do I? Some of y'all might have watched it, got emotional and even moved to tears. For those who haven't, don't worry I ain't gonna 'spoil' y'all.

Picture source: here

Basically, I like how each emotion is portrayed in a both good and bad way. Its like how glory and gore goes hand in hand (well thanks Lorde...). Characters like Sadness and the main girl in the movie are pretty well-rounded, in my opinion. The animation? Well, I would credit how real life characteristics from people were well explored. Pixar almost always amaze me. Overall take in from Inside Out would be: to accept that growing up and getting exposed to changes is all part of everyone's lives. It is okay to breakdown at times, it doesn't mean one's weak. It is also okay to have mixed feelings.

I mean come on...look at this image below as an example...

I saw it online and liked the concept. Source already stated gahahaha! But actually, that table reminds me of a Punnett Square I learned during Biology lessons in school. Except that it is not entirely a square but a rectangle. And it is not genetically linked. *Laughing at self*

Hmm...how about when you are meditating?

My guess: emotions might be quite translucent. Transparent even if you are really achieving enlightenment.

Just another short post.
Enjoy your week!

Apr - Aug 2014 favorites

This is a continuation post from here! Yes I know it is very 'irregular'. It is mainly because I stick to products I like. Therefore not many are sampled and displayed.

BEAUTY;

FREEMAN's facial peel off (cucumber) and clay (avocado+oatmeal) masks - Not really are they highly recommended by some YouTubers, they are highly effective. I've used those masks sparingly for quite a while now. And guess what? I love those. They really take away all those dirt and dead skin cells on my face. The aftermath? I feel so renewed and fresh. Personally, I like the clay mask more because washing off seems nicer rather than peeling teehee. Nonetheless, both helps! My thought: Freeman products for the win.

Tresemme shampoo and conditioner - I've been trying out various hair products and yet to find a suitable one for my hair until I met Tresemme. My hair's originally slightly on the dry side, and I'm really worried some shampoos might make it worse or greasier (because hair produces natural oils). Some products can also cause over breakage.  But to my surprise, this particular brand shampoo does help maintain my hair as much as possible. The conditioner is great too. Also, why wouldn't y'all want a bonus nice scent from this two? I don't know about you girls, but finding right products are what I want to highlight.

1. Rexona's anti-transpirant - I put on deodorant before I apply the spray. This anti-transpirant produces a sheer girly smell which I would call feminine. Gets everyone who apply it to feel clean most of the time too.

2. Britney Spears' fantasy perfume - I've been using this over and over again each day because sweet scents are something I like. Basically, I look out for creamy/ rainforest/ flower scents. I think this perfume somehow covers creamy. At least for me... not a big fan for fruits here though.

3. Jorubi aloe vera gel - I used to talk about this but it had been a looong time ago. You can apply the gel if there is ever a little pimple, blemishes or insect bites on you face/hand/even legs. It does help overtime, because I see results. Oh hey, it also depends on how much effort you put in to treat your problematic areas daily. Same goes to treating acne and scars with other pimple creams.

4. Parachute's Jasmine hair oil - I've never heard of this brand but or well. I FEEL SUMMER ON MY HAIR! Okay, so it keeps it cool and silky. You don't have to apply too much because that will result in your hair being oily. Just a drip or two will do dearies. I usually apply the hail oil on the ends because that's where it should be.

PLAYLIST;

On the go:
1) Love me - Charity Vance
2) ARTPOP album - Lady Gaga
3) Alive - Krewella
4) Human - Krewella
5) Team - Lorde
6) You gave me love - Macy Kate
7) Summer - Calvin Harris
8) Find You - ZEDD

Guess I will see y'all soon!

Jan - Mar 2014 favorites

This is another thing I'm wanting to share with all of you! Its about the products I love during the various months. It is yet another idea taken from various beauty gurus (or even majority of them). But but but... they usually call it "monthly favorites" which is supposingly done every month. For me, I would preferably want to do it every three months just because I can 'stick' with my favorite product/song forever, like literally, ever.

I thought I would like to share the products I find useful and effective, as well as songs/music I like lately. So... what are we waiting for? Lets proceed on!

Disclaimer: the products owned are bought and considered dearly. They are not sponsored nor posted out for advertising. Just based on personal liking and forked out $$ to pay from my savings.

BEAUTY;

1. NIVEA 48h deodorant - You might have seen this lying around somewhere before. Or if you're an enthusiastic reader of mine, then you would probably know I posted a picture of this before at one of my back-to-school series. To be specific: here! One thing for sure: this keeps you safe, at least for the whole day, especially when you go for P.E. It keeps your underarms dry and sweat the least as possible. It is also really long-lasting, according to the few times I've observed. It is hereby one of my most loving deodorant among all others I've used. There are different types to choose from but they all benefit one way or another with the same effects.

2. VS's body mist in the name "Amber romance" - First of all, let me just say I LOVE creamy scents!  This is by far one of the most favorite body mist from VS. It has this "creamy" feel to it with a touch of sweetness and feminine. Yes, I do love to drown my whole room with the smell -smirks-.

3. VS's body lotion in the name "frosted magnolia" - Both my mom and me love the flower magnolia because of its pleasant smell and uniqueness. I didn't know lotions were that important until I see the need to hydrate and soak my skin for moisture. After all, no one loves having a skin that is so dry to the point that it is going to peel off, right?

4. Vaseline lip therapy in cherry flavor - There is the original one but I insisted on buying the cherry flavor, thinking "both prices are the same so why not..?" This lip therapy is seriously moisturizing and effective, suitable for dry, chappy lips. It is of a good use under a warm climate like here. Or if you're living in a cold climate too. Whatever varies, lip balms are essential items to me that could be kept inside your handbags.

5. BABYLIPS lip balm - a similar description as the Vasaline one. Moreover, this lip balm has a sweeter smell when applied on lips.

6. Cetaphil facial cleanser/body wash - If I recalled well, the cleanser was also mentioned inside one of my posts, here on the part where I wrote "Tip 1". Yes, I've been a loyal fan for this particular Cetaphil cleanser. It feel so natural when having contact with any parts of your skin. (scent less and liquid white in color) I got the urge to try out upon seeing YouTubers mentioning about it. It was highly-rated then. Moreover, this product is dermatologists tested, which means to say that it don't cause unwanted breakouts or skin allergy. It is written "suitable for all skin types". My skin is more onto a dryer side, just what I'm looking for! Something mild and won't take away all the useful nutrients within my skin. I would want to try their moisturizer someday soon.

FOOD;

TADAAR! My favorite food for now weehehehehe! Honestly, I thought it wouldn't taste as good as the original one. I was wrong to assume so quickly. By the way, it is in the taste "dark chocolate with chips".

PLAYLIST;

On the go:
1. Say something - A great big world ft. Christina Aguilera
2. Let it go - Passenger
3. Best day of my life - American Arthurs
4. Icing - Charity Vance
5. Stay - ZEDD ft. Hayley Williams
6. Slow down - Selena Gomez

Till next time lovies!

T&O: criticism and judgement (part ii.)

-A continuation from my previous post-

Judgement;

Definition - 1) the ability to make considered decisions or come to sensible conclusions.                   2) an opinion or conclusion.

What I want to focus and elaborate on will be number 2. Not only opinions and conclusion itself, but BAD judgement aka gossip.

In society, people always have this tendency to gossip/judge us. We cannot help to keep their trap shut anyway, its their mouth after all. I guess...knowing or unknowingly, everyone had been both a culprit and victim of judgement and gossip. If people will to make bad judgement to someone to the point that they are affecting them by hurting them, they should be more sensible to stop. Or are they just too insensible to know that their words are hurting others? Maybe. This will be somehow be related to "verbal bullying". My actual thoughts about it.

Some or even MOST people, likes to pick on others who are totally "different" from them, without putting themselves in that person's shoes, he/she will attempt to make awful remarks about them, causing them to lose their self-esteem and confidence entirely. Why do they do that? A few reasons. One would be because they had once or currently been a victim themselves too. Another would be because of their past...what they experienced and been through. The past shaped the way we behaved now. I agree to that. I kind of set sympathy on verbal bullies who have a bad past, maybe that is the reason why they are being so mean now. I think they might need some help themselves. If you are a strong person, you will learn to forgive them upon seeing the love they don't receive as much as you does. (its hard, very very hard but at least...lets TRY to do that! Ps. reminder to self too.)

If you are verbal bullying too much, try to lessen it gradually. After all, what more does it do other then hurting someone else's feelings. You gain nothing other than the label of being called a "coward" who let people see your "power" by saying negative remarks.

How do these negative remarks came about too? I guess why gossipers gossip will be probably because they are being jealous of people who achieve better than them, thinks they have an higher IQ, feels like they have more talents or just because of their behaviour and attitude which they cannot seem to accept and find them annoying. (which is an immature thing to do actually). Piles of these added on will make a person full of hatred plus greed, destroying the person slowly.

What if you are a victim now or before? Well, let me tell you the same thing... You are worthy, special and lovable. Just because someone judged you, that doesn't mean you are ugly, undeserving for the life you have and untalented. The fact is, they are just jealous of the personality your have, or the way unhappiness is overwhelming them within. Remember... things like gossip and bullying are temporary, you don't have to care too much about them because their hurtful remarks are just some bullets missing your heart. Focus more on the positive side then to mourn over your negative ones. We always forget the last point very easily. See how funny human nature can be? Those thoughts, words and actions... All the above I have mentioned? Well, I am trying to live by those principles too! It takes time I know, to set a positive mindset. Haters only see your bad, delusional side anyways, unless they see your strength...that's a different case. It is just another illusion they made out of you.

In a nutshell, you can choose to be happy or sad. Only YOU can make those decisions. Enjoy life!

Loves, CP's owner.

T&O: criticism and judgement (part i.)

I was in the means of considering what T&O post to write next and after spending some time thinking, I managed to come out with this topic on "criticism and judgement".

At some points in our lives, we will eventually get criticised or judged due to certain weaknesses and others outlook toward us. Believe it or not, whether its real or fake, people will still be opening their mouths on us. There is quite a difference between criticism and judgement so I plan to separate them to further elaborate on each meaning. Fyi, this things are what I learnt for the past few years in my life. I experienced them before and felt so worthless. But I guess I managed to overcome it.

Criticism;

Definition the expression of disapproval of someone or something on the basis of perceived faults or mistakes. Something sometimes those faults and mistakes can be improved or changed to be better.

Many a time, people tend to misinterpret criticism for "not being talented/loved/inspired enough. The result? People have this negative mindset to quit on that particular thing their doing just because they received not-so-good remarks from their teachers, instructors, bosses and even colleagues/mates. They find themselves not being qualified to be in the position/role their given, which causes them to gather negative thoughts inside on being stupid, worthless and not-good-enough. How about the others? Hmm...I guess their a little more "thick-skin" or what you call... "stubborn" to the fact that they think their doing everything right while others' necessary remarks does not matter anymore.

Of course, I am not implying that "oh... when someone criticize you, you should immediately change" and if you don't, people will find you being as stubborn as an ox. Not so fast, y'all! Do some soul-searching... if you thought thrice about not changing, and finds what you are currently doing worthy and beneficial, and that you feel happy without changing, go ahead and follow your instinct! Those criticism might then be due to the fact that others have a different way of thinking then you do, and that they care way too much for you in order to not let you get hurt or face failure. Be more understanding! After all, our human DNA is made up of 99.9% similarity, the remaining is how we view things and ect.

On the other hand, if you think that a criticism directed at you should be accepted, and that the person is telling you for your own good and improvement, then change for the better! Ask where you think you go wrong and stop repeating the same mistakes again. If you are having a hard time doing it yourself, I guess everyone could ask a person of a higher authority for some help. Remember...nobody is born perfect! Everyone has the right to make mistakes...a successor is not born within one day, it takes a lot of hard work, determination and perseverance to become one.

Just because you got criticized, doesn't mean its the end of your world, for my case...an instructor told me that I was aggressive and  pitchy while singing a certain song. I could choose to give up...or continue giving my best. Well, I came into my senses somehow, to this realization of each of us having flaws and not let our ego take over us.

Top 6 favourite Youtubers/bloggers

I have to admit that this year has been one of my biggest year of all time because I developed  new interests upon beauty and fashion. Along the way, I met many remarkable beauty gurus on both websites/blogs and Youtube channels. I have many in mind and it is a pretty hard decision to actually pick out 6 "outstanding" ones. I love every single one of their pages but those mentioned inside my post is something I usually get my inspiration, they are also my usual go-to(s). (side note: there are no ranking among them)

1) Jennim (@clothesencounter) on YouTube.
Oh yeah I love her! Personality, style and some other factors. Her smile is really beautiful. I am so glad I found her channel a few months ago! I find that she and me shares a similarity in terms of fashion. I always look up to her to get ideas on how to mix and match the outfits in my closet. She has a wide range of styles, she can get from girly to edgy and dull to bright. Or even mix all of them! Pretty creative with choosing and matching yeah?

Another thing about Jennim's channel will be the fact that she shares "common fashion emergency" videos and how to find a good solution to it. She will somehow get questions from Twitter and hence, answer some of them on YouTube.

Ah hah! I seriously love her v-logs too, they are so fun to watch. With the lighting, smiles and whatsoever. It makes me look out to more of her videos in future!

2) Britt (@justlovesfashion) on YouTube.
Britt is a friendly person on YouTube! I started looking up to her channel when she inbox me! I do not regret opening it. She is someone who I can get inspirations from, in terms of styling. Although we do not have the four seasons here, I still like all her fashion-related videos, including the fall and winter ones. You will be wondering why I still watch them when the climate here can be so different from others...well, you never know when you will go to some particular countries which have the season cycle. And you can actually simplify the style by wearing something much lighter in the scorching hot weather.

Aside from that, I like her other videos like ASK BRITT, hauls, look-books and routines. They are nice to watch too. She often picks out good clothing which attracts my eyes.

3) Ann (@anneorshine/lifeannestyle) on YouTube & Blog.
She is a really friendly person I suppose! Really nice to her fans and try her best to keep them happy. For me, I find her talented with crafts/DIY projects. She always put in effort in doing them and editing her videos. I always wanted to carry out one of her DIY projects, but do not find the time to do.

She has one of the creative and innovative ideas ever. However, on the other hand.... she does seasonal fashion videos too, although I find that her style is pretty high-class and work-appropriate.

Ann has a number of subscribers and she do meetups often, sadly I do not reside in the same country as her so it will be rather hard for me to see her, lest I go to her country or she comes here hehehe. Anyway, her channel will be good for people who are really keen to get inspirations on crafts/hand-made items. I like how she can 'upcycle' things.

4) Andrea (@andreaschoice) on YouTube.
There is something about Andrea that attracts me... probably her personality and the way she create videos. She has a really cheerful, funny and bubbly side that could make her viewers smile sometimes. Also, I like how she edits her videos with an acceptable lighting. Andrea is pretty famous in YouTube, I guess? She is almost reaching two million subscribers! If you are someone who is definitely wanting some fun videos and room decoration ideas, Andrea will be someone who will make you happy with her videos!

I only found out more about her channel recently, and will be looking forward to the upcoming ones!

5) Linda (@karimew) on Blogger.
She currently calls herself Kari. No,her fashion style is not really my type BUT I really love her life journals, hauls and reviews a lot! She never fails to cheer me up with every beauty related post. Linda has a really kawaii (cute) character! I will have this urge to read her blog post whenever I see something related to her daily life or recommendations on certain products. She gives her readers an overview on those items speak out how she feels about them.

Her daily life seems to be an ordinary one like other teens out there but in some ways, it make me feel like hanging out or going shopping with her pals can be such a fun thing to do! "We can find happiness within each and every little things we do", don't you think? We can somehow go crazy with our friends but not to the extreme, of course. Is it just me...or do I find that her daily life (both school and outside) posts can make me relaxed for the rest of the day.

On the other side, I do also like her reviews and recommendations on certain products due to the fact that she shares her honest opinion, despite how some might disagree with her. For her reviews, she will post the pros and cons of the particular item she had tried out and even show a demonstration if it is necessary. She even rates them with stars in terms of the qualities of the products/items (eg. durability, comfort...).

6) Dulce (@dulcecandy) on YouTube  & Blog.
"Dulce" means sweet in Spanish so her name's actually "sweet candy", woohoo it suits her! She seems sweet to all her fans... never failing to put a lovely smile inside every video. She looks really beautiful without makeup too! I did not know her until I saw her "Draw My Life" video which was pretty inspiring, in my opinion. Her life might have some ups-and-downs, but she still manage to follow her dreams in making her channel successful. I then proceed on by knowing her more through her webpage and thought that maybe I could subscribe her to see what other new videos she will put up.

Honestly, I do not regret subscribing to her channel. In fact, I am still enjoying the beauty-related stuffs she frequently upload. Right now, its actually the Halloween month and many beauty gurus have been putting up inspired tutorials (both scary and enchanting ones) onto YouTube and Dulce will be one of them I will definitely get ideas from! (Despite the fact that I might not actually carry them out in reality, oh well...) Moreover, I do like to watch her usual makeup tutorials as I find them turning out really gorgeous. I have been getting many ideas regarding makeup from her and is willing to try them out on other people if they do not mind. I have always wanted to help beautify someone by applying makeup on them. Dulce's video will always keep me happy and excited.

That shall be my six main ones! Honestly speaking, I would really want to speak about other Youtubers/bloggers like beautiyiciousinsider, thisissmileyandshell, beautymix, rainy, esohlee and so many more but you betcha... this post will be super long if I have to.

Alright lovely readers, I guess this is for the day!

Suggestion: various products and ways to take care skin

Some of my friends were somehow "complimenting" my face for not having any pimples or acne, saying things like "wow... you have a clear face" and "envy why you don't frequently have breakouts". Well perhaps it is due to genetically good complexion and pores, nothing much of a  specialty. However, it does not mean I have no pimples or acne on my face before...they seldom appear out of nowhere. That's what we say - teenage years (or even adults). On another hand, I've been trying out various products and ways on keeping a continuously fine skin, if you are genuinely concern about what products I like or often use, and how I take care of my skin, then below will be some tips that actually worked for me. Throughout this sharing, I would like to label each tip if they could be either a 'myth or scientific fact' because I cannot gaurantee if they are 100% beneficial to each one of us. Fyi, these are just me and my opinions.

Tip 1: Cleanse your face before or even after putting on any other face products (make-up and organic products ect).
Well, this is a really obvious one... your hygiene is top notch besides beauty. I love using pimple/acne-away and non-comedogenic cleansers as I find them absolutely useful on a regular basis. What they do besides engulfing your bad bacterias on your face is that they help keep track on the excess of oil on the face; which means to say they control them. Moreover, they clogs out blackheads from pores of the skin. One product I would totally recommend to all of you (to those who have not known of it) is the Cetaphil gentle/mild cleanser. This brand is recommended by most dermatologists. What is good about it is that it varies towards all skin types, including those who have sensitive skin or are struggling with certain skin conditions. Though the product might be slightly pricey over here, I still think its worthwhile because you can actually use it for a period of time; quite lasting. {I'm sure it is a fact!}

Tip 2: Wash you hands frequently if possible, especially after carrying out intensive outdoor activities.
Yes yes... I know! You will probably be asking me something like "Oh Cal...this is a facial skin related post, why are hands concerned here? Its pretty out." You could say that. But its just another fact which is indirectly talking about the issue. Generally speaking from research, our hands contain a huge amount of bacteria enough to fill a bowl. Where do they come from? Everywhere, from making contacts with our hands. Moreover, if you keep touching your face every once in a while, those bacteria will eventually spread to your pores. By washing your hands frequently, it helps remove the bad bacteria away. Don't get me wrong, I am not saying you should never touch your face or wash your hands like "almost every second" ... the saying "touching your face cause acne" is overstated to me. {Could probably be a myth too...}

Tip 3: Live a healthy lifestyle.Get motivated.
Whew! There is a number of things I want to say here, I guess I should cut it short or else this post will be just another nagging session. First off, I want to focus on leading a relaxed and happy lifestyle. As we tend to grow and mature more as time goes by, we will have the urge to be more negative towards certain things. This causes our stress levels to increase. You would understand more by reading on the topic more,there are like a plenty of them! A website I would like to recommend would be this.
"Eat healthy. Live healthy." You know it! A balance diet will keep you going. I do not have to elaborate much here...vitamin C, minerals, nutrients ect. {I'm taking it as a fact!}

Tip 4: Moisturize your face daily, regardless of what skin type you have, use a correct moisturizer and you will be alright.
For me, I have a pretty normal skin that can go either slightly dry or sweaty sometimes. I usually apply my moisturizer at night, before going to bed. I am currently using the brand 'Olay", it is pretty good in my opinion, I mean I like its fragrance and and how it will not make my face allergic. My nightly routine really depends, but I guess cleansing, toning and moisturizing are essential. The purpose of the moisturizer is to avoid common problems like dryness, oiliness and clogged pores ect. Different moisturizer has a different function to carry out for each skin type. Do take note of what your skin condition is.{fact!}

Tip 5: Deal with your current skin condition, don't give up nor ignore it, you can do it!
I have this tendency or thought on  insisting to do something with my face immediately whenever I see a pimple/acne appears suddenly. I have a variety of likings upon some pimple creams and natural products/ One of them would be ICM acne clear cream. It has a fine texture that is not too watery/oily. You can apply it regularly so that your acne/pimple will gradually fade away. What you need to most would be patience, believe that you will need to take a while to recover from certain face problems (if there is), do shower the love upon your skin! {fact!}

Alright people, 5 tips shall be it! I will be posting more in the future, probably after the year-end examinations.
